  1. What is the best weight loss program? Our Fast Track To Health and Ultimate Detox work if you follow the program. 

  2. Are Fast Track and Ultimate Detox just weight loss programs? No, What we have found is that weight loss is a beautiful side effect. Many of our clients need to gain weight or do not have weight to lose. We have seen that these programmes reverse many dis-ease processes and imbalances—for example, arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and hormonal imbalances, such as menopause and polycystic ovaries. 

  3. How much weight can I expect to lose? The weight you can expect to lose will depend on how much excess you carry. 

  4. How long will it take to see results? You will see results quickly, especially at the beginning of the program. If you have weight to lose, you should lose every day, even if it is just 100gm. 

  5. Are weight loss supplements safe? We do not use weight loss supplements. Our products encourage your body to click out of stress mode so that it can let go of the main reason you put weight on in the first place. 

  6. Is Carnivore safe to do? Yes, it is safe as long as you follow our guidelines. Karen has been on Carnivore full-time for nearly four years and is getting stronger and healthier daily.

  7. Will I be able to maintain my weight loss? If you follow the entire program, either Fast Track or Ultimate Detox. You will learn what foods cause you problems. So you can then decide when you eat them. If you continue with the program's good habits, you can keep the weight off and even lose more if you have it to lose. Plus, I encourage you to continue with the magnesium Gel as we have found that those that do are less likely to put on weight again. 

  8. How often should I weigh myself? With this program, you will need to weigh yourself every day. Why? Because by checking every morning, you will know if the program is working for you. If you don't have weight to lose, we want to make sure that you are not losing and so we need to keep an eye on your weight, as we might need to increase the amount you are eating.

  9. Is it safe to lose weight quickly? Yes, it is. We have found that if you lose weight quickly, it keeps you motivated, and you can see and feel the difference. 

  10. How much exercise is needed for weight loss? We don't recommend starting a new regime when you start our program, as it can cause your body stress, and we are trying to eliminate stress. Of course, once you feel great and have energy, you can get onto a new regime with enormous benefits when you aren't carrying excess fat. 

  11. Why intermittent fasting? Over the last 14 years, we have found that intermittent fasting has enormous health benefits, including increasing your health and vitality. 

  12. Are there any foods that I should avoid for weight loss? Yes, there are. However, as we are all different, the foods that suit us are different too. So by doing our programmes to the end, you will know what your superfoods are and what aren't

  13. Do I need to count calories to lose weight? No, it is the type of food that we eat that makes all the difference. Calorie counting is an old way of doing things that will not work as a long-term strategy. 

  14. Can I still eat my favourite foods while on a weight loss program? You can't, except if your favourite foods are meat and selected vegetables. Because most of the foods we gravitate to when we are stressed are the ones that will cause us to gain weight. 

  15. Is it possible to lose weight without changing my diet? You will only change your body shape and weight and your health if you make changes. The first sign of madness is expecting change without making any changes. 

  16. Can stress cause weight gain? YES, chronic stress is the root cause of weight gain. Our program is about reducing stress levels by only eating low-inflammatory foods, Taking vital nutrients that can help, and intermittent fasting. Plus, of course, our magical homoeopathic sprays. 

  17. What is the difference between Fast Track To Health and Ultimate Detox? Fast Track To Health is our original program that helps you lose weight and learn about your body (finding the foods that are great for you). Ultimate Detox is like Fast Track to Health on steroids. We get you onto the same foods as Fast Track and encourage you to Fast and cleanse your environment. We also give you some detox protocols to enhance your life. 

  18. Why Six Months To Transformation? We put this together based on feedback from our initial Ultimate Detox group. The majority of the participants felt that three months was too short to consolidate the great habits they started to create. We have combined our two programmes to enjoy the vast benefits.
